We service commericial, industrial and even private residences in the following counties in New Jersey: Middlesex, Union, Somerset, Monmouth, Essex, Mercer, and Hudson. We go through a full check list to make sure all your equipment gets maintained.
VJR Electrical Contractor offers contracts of intervals of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and even have open orders, or we will service on an as needed basis. We offer 1 year contracts, which may be cancelled with a written notice of 45 days. All of our work has a 3 month parts and labor warranty.
Monthy Maintenance - Includes check all fluids and top them off as needed, clean car top and pit, check all doors operation, check ropes, guide shoes and rollers, check light bulbs, check telephone, check alarm bell and swtiches. Rates for maintenance vary per elevator. Please call for a free survey.

Modernization is replacing your outdated equipment with new efficient and most recent technology. We will confer with you as to your needs. You can even add new features, such as fire service, or independant service.
